PDKINEMATICS, a Lithuanian defence technology company developing precision guidance systems for UAVs, has raised €2 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by EstVCA member Iron Wolf Capital and Coinvest Capital, with participation from defence-focused angel investors and experienced technology founders.

Founded in 2022 by Rapolas Markevičius and Simonas Stasevičius, PDKINEMATICS develops precision guidance systems designed to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of drone-deployed munitions. Its flagship Gannet guidance system enables precise targeting from high altitudes while remaining cost-efficient, resistant to electronic warfare interference, and compatible with multiple UAV platforms.

The company has already achieved early market traction through deployments in Ukraine, where its systems have been tested in real battlefield conditions. PDKINEMATICS has also established partnerships with Ukrainian UAV manufacturer Bavovna.ai and Italian drone company SiraLab, while expanding its presence across European and NATO defence markets.

Commenting on the investment, Žygimantas Sušnys, Founding Partner at Iron Wolf Capital, said: “Precision-guided systems are the future of modern warfare. The PDKINEMATICS team combines entrepreneurial drive with deep engineering talent and moves at the speed this moment demands. They have earned credibility in Ukraine, and we believe it positions them to become a defining defence technology company for NATO allies.”

The new funding will be used to scale manufacturing, expand deployments across Europe and Ukraine, strengthen the company's NATO market presence, and accelerate research and development of next-generation technologies, including proximity fuse and anti-electronic warfare capabilities.
