Plural participates in Isometric's $40M Series A funding round
Isometric, a London-based company building AI-powered certification infrastructure for industrial markets, has raised $40 million in Series A funding. The round was led by AVP, with participation from EstVCA member Plural, alongside existing investors Lowercarbon Capital and John Doerr.
Founded by Eamon Jubbawy, Isometric initially built a trusted certification platform for carbon removal projects, helping verify and monitor climate impact through rigorous scientific standards and data-driven methodologies. The company is now expanding its technology beyond carbon markets to support certification across a broader range of industrial sectors.
Isometric combines artificial intelligence with expert review to modernise certification processes that have traditionally been manual, fragmented, and time-consuming. Its platform uses AI agents to analyse large volumes of data, identify discrepancies, and support human experts in delivering faster and more reliable certification outcomes.
The new funding will support the expansion of Isometric's certification platform into additional industrial markets, as well as continued investment in product development and international growth.
Commenting on the investment, Khaled Helioui, Partner at Plural, said: "Plural has heavily backed founders building the future of industry across Europe. But what is the point of the unprecedented pace of development and innovation if it gets bogged down in implementation due to outdated certification processes that take months? Isometric does it in hours, with agents checking millions of data points and surfacing discrepancies to human experts who make the final call. There are very few founders in Europe with the calibre to take this on. I can't think of anyone better than Eamon and this team."
As industries face increasing demands for transparency, compliance, and trusted verification, Isometric is building the infrastructure to make certification faster, more scalable, and better suited to the pace of modern innovation.
