Aampere, an E-mobility startup, has closed a €1.6 million funding round led by Trind Ventures, with participation from Gimic Ventures and several experienced business angels from the mobility sector. Aampere will use the funding to accelerate product development and expand its European market presence beyond Scandinavia and the Benelux region.
The European market for used electric vehicles remains highly fragmented and largely analog, characterized by opaque processes, manual handling, and isolated national solutions. Aampere is breaking these outdated structures by creating a fully digital, Europe-wide platform for selling used electric vehicles. With this, the startup is establishing a sustainable and efficient circular economy for e-mobility and driving Europe's electrification forward.
Aampere provides a digital platform where private and commercial sellers can sell their used electric vehicles across Europe within 48 hours.
Florian Reister, Founder & CEO of Aampere, said: "Our platform is the complete opposite of paperwork, waiting times, and lack of transparency. We automate the resale process, making electric mobility accessible and economically attractive for everyone across Europe. What started as a mission to accelerate electric mobility in Europe has quickly evolved into a strong team that now sells over 100 electric vehicles per month and continues to grow every day. Aampere represents the fundamental transformation of an entire market, driven by speed, data, and a European perspective."
Taavi Lepmets, Partner at Trind Ventures, commented: "Flo, Max, and Niko have built an exceptional team in a very short time, combining strong customer focus with operational efficiency. We are confident that Aampere will scale successfully across Europe and are excited to support the team on this journey."
