Grant Thornton Baltic is a professional services firm operating across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and part of the international Grant Thornton network. The firm provides audit, accounting, tax, legal and business advisory services to companies and investors at every stage of development. Its teams handle everyday accounting, tax and legal questions, as well as business valuations, financial due diligence, M&A transactions and restructuring. This lets them support investors and portfolio companies both during transactions and in ongoing operations.
