Margus Uudam is the head of VC investments of Ambient Sound Investments (ASI) and is responsible for all of ASI’s direct investments, from managing the search for new projects to the development of existing ones.

He has held management positions at Eesti Energia Jaotusvõrk and Fontes, Estonia's leading HR company, was the economic policy vice-chancellor at the Ministry of Finance, and worked in the Hüvitusfond (Compensation Fund)'s investment department. He is a member of the Enterprise Estonia financial committee, he also helped launch the Tallinn Stock Exchange.
