Kalmer Kikas is the managing director of Baltic Mezzanine. Prior to that he was 11 years with Hanseatic Capital and Baltic-American Enterprise Fund (BalAEF). Prior to joining BalAEF, he had worked as Risk Manager of the Estonian Compensation Fund, and Head of Corporate Banking at Eesti Hoiupank. During the last 15 years he has participated in projects involving underwriting of senior debt, equity and mezzanine, as well as raising follow-up equity financing and senior debt for the MBO projects. He graduated from the Estonian Agricultural University and Henley Management College (MBA)
